facility features a single floor design with spacious rooms and common areas.

Our rehabilitation department offers Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services.
All treatments are provided by licensed or certified therapists who are experienced in addressing
the various needs of each resident and customizing care to meet these needs. For residents who
will have a short term stay, treatments focus on skills that are needed to be successful once they
return home. For long-term residents, therapy focuses on achieving their highest level of functioning
to be as independent as possible. Outpatient services are also provided to the community at
Columbus Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, which eliminates the need to travel and provides
a comfortable, convenient rehabilitation environment.

Our enthusiastic activity staff provides a well-rounded range of activities daily. Since each resident
has different views when it comes to activities and socializing, we provide a variety of activities that
are geared to both small and large groups as well as one-to-one activities. All our activities provide
the opportunity for intellectual, physical, social and spiritual growth. Our dietary department is proficient
in meeting all specialized dietary needs, and are proud of the personalized service of getting to know
each individual's preferences.
